“It was good as I reserved online and luckily have branch near by to pick up but there was bit of a queue waited 15 mins and then simply collected it so overall there was good experience. Service in branch should improve and discount codes and avaiblity of parts online should be more. Thanks”

“Whatever have you done to the brewer site. If you are going to stop air cooled parts it would be more professional to inform us. This new site is absolutely hopeless. 32 years I have used VeeWee, but no more. Kind regards”

“I needed an aux belt and idler but the website said belt out of stock. When I collected the idler the salesmen offered to check for a belt and found one on the shelf. Problem solved. Always worth talking to a person. Great service.”

“Correct parts arrived as required, only negative is that I paid extra for next day delivery but didn’t arrive until 6pm(so although it was next day, I had to wait late at work and it may as well have arrived the next morning)”

“Excellent discount offer secured me KIA parts at trade prices … which were dispatched promptly and delivery tracked giving hour of delivery by Parcel Force within 2days of my order … v. efficient, v. fast - quality items too …. didn’t have to wait in all day waiting for delivery slot.👍 Due to my car being manufactured on edge of design change … air filter was wrong size … rang thru and got option to swap at Oldbury Unit an hour later - sorted smoothly without fuss … only drawback was had to get refund for original fuel filter thru head office 👎which took a few days … knocking one star off review as they were difficult to get thru to on phone … and didn’t email confirmation they refunded my card. GSF are excellent in many departments … will use in preference to Autodoc anyday …. and their price for 3 filters knocked £15 off Europart’s best discount price. Impressive.”

“Website is excellent and finding parts to order is easy. Vast majority of the time parts are correct although I have received incorrect brake pads previously. The parts are never ready for collection even though an email is sent confirming they are ready to collect. On arrival the sales staff are very helpful but they only source the parts from the stores while you are in the store. This leads to delays especially during busy periods weekends.”
