“Once I had established the correct part through Chat and had some issues with completing the online Order the actual delivery time was impressive. As a suggestion though I think you should explain fully and clearly what Klarna is to the process as it led to unnecessary confusion as it looked like some kind of Payday Lender. You have to remember your customer base are not familiar with this name/brand or what they offer to the process”
