“I ordered my car parts on 18th of August, however they did not arrive until 24th August. When I sent an email asking where they were I was told that they were damaged in transit. I was advised by an operator that new parts would be sent out on an express delivery and arrive the very next day. I was more than happy with this as I know these things sometimes happen. Overall a good experience.”

“Had a problem with web page, ordered correct brake pads but for some reason got the rear discs, then had to order front discs now have rear spares that are not required and too heavy to post hay ho my fault for not checking what I’d clicked on.”

“I use GSF whenever I can, I usually order online and reserve items to collect because it’s usually out of office hours that I order. I prefer using GSF to Euros I just wish there was the option for when a part is listed but no stock that you could order and wait a day or two whatever the case maybe but you would get the part to complete the order. I know you have the home delivery option but the only 1 time I’ve used that I waited a week for my parts and without warning go a refund no explanation so I’d never use it again!!!”

“I was impressed by GSF's level of service - a good quality part at a competitive price, quickly delivered. My only reservation is that when I applied a discount code I was invited to use, it resulted in a price higher than that originally advertised. This meant that cookies needed to be cleared and the whole ordering process started all over again.”
