“Service from gsf excellent although they were let down a bit by parcelforce. The invoice from gsf said parcelforce next day. I ordered the goods on a Thursday, had a message from parcelforce on Friday saying they would deliver that day, stayed in all day, no parcel, stayed in Saturday, parcelforce work on a Saturday, no package, arrived on Monday.”

“I've been using GSF for many years now. They have a huge amount of parts for all makes and models in stock at my local branch (Leamington spa) and if it isn't on the shelf, they will usually get it by lunchtime or early afternoon same day, Or early morning next day. I only give 4 stars, due to thier web site, and online ordering platform. It is temperamental, to say the least, the manual search function rarely works ( throwing out strange results, or product not found) even when it's a common item. It will also say " out of stock" and when you contact the branch, it is very much in stock. My one last gripe, is that i really wish that they would give one GOOD price, and not give grossly over inflated prices, that you can reduce wih a discount code, which to some makes it seem like you've got a bargain. It's just a silly sales ploy.... All in all though, i can thoroughly reccomend GSF”

“With some components scare courtesy of COVID, the sudden need for a crankshaft position sensor had me scouring all the suppliers. Problem only showed up Thursday evening, needed car driveable before Sunday. Andover branch was slightly the closer of two nearest options. On getting there, part had been wrongly labelled. Staff did help secure the correct part in Basingstoke. Was a little disappointed that this did not result in any acknowledgement by way of a reduced price - had to get part and then get back to work at earliest opportunity. Managed to fit sensor on Saturday got to show and back fine on Sunday.”

“ordered a couple of rear coil springs on next day delivery. They were delivered next day and fitted perfectly. My only criticism is that I had no tracking info.”
