“Unfortunately the website had issues when ordering vehicle specific items. Once items arrived it was obvious they were incorrect. Sadly calling the online customer service team was impossible, recorded message saying call back later was the only response over 4 days. Emailing the team got a reply response but I could only communicate via email which was a little frustrating.”

“Your GSF CarParts Staff are very friendly & easy to deal with, even when on the odd occasion, there may have been an error, in the ordering process. The error could have possibly been the customer in the first place. Speaking from experience, I should imagine that the supply of car parts can be a bit of a minefield in any case! Keep up the good work, & we all get there in the end.”

“Excellent parts & service. Delivered next morning as promised & at a good price for next day delivery. Good quality part at the best price I could find anywhere. Other than a cheaper one on another site, but that was cheap & nasty compared to the one I bought from this company & only £1 more expensive. Fitted my vehicle perfectly & it was a genuine part. Not a cheap knock off from China. I’m very happy all round & without question will buy my parts from GSF in the future. They deserve 5⭐️ & more & im not easily pleased. So thank you GSF🙏”

“Hi, I placed an order online for some spares, and it arrived as planned. One of the items was incorrect, as had been labelled wrongly in the warehouse. I spoke to Andre, who arranged the correct part for collection from Letchworth branch. (I hadn't realised Bedford hadn't re opened, as that one is only 5 mins from me). Despite the error, Andre was very good in sorting the replacement quickly, so I was able to get the job done.”

“Over all the Heathrow and Farnham team are friendly and helpful. Ensure parts will fit before leaving the store as the online recommendations do have errors, however, 90% of the time the parts are of a high quality, fit and cost.”
