“Click and collect worked well, as has the product, so far ! The delay in the confirmation on the computer when ordering did mean that I pressed the 'order' button twice, however, which I pointed out to the staff at the store. This was not updated on your system, however, as I received several reminders to collect the item.”

“My dad went to pick up the brakes we ordered online. Got a great discount over Halloween weekend! However he took them home and was in the middle of fitting them when he realised they gave us the wrong discs to our reference which was inconvient since it was his day off aswell. So he then had to drive back to the store to get the original ones”

“This is the first time I used GSF. Having entered my car reg I selected rear brakes (renault grand scenic 2010 1.4tce) Interestingly I was given two choices of disc brake size which led to a lot of searching as there should be only one size choice. Im hopeful I've chosen the right size. Delivery was quick and easy. Parcel force delivered two brown boxes, with contents not well wrapped to prevent damage. But price was great. I would encourage GSF to include a cover letter with instructions on how to return products. Thankyou.”

“Good service. Good price. I had a problem that the battery given on your website was not the same as the battery fitted to my car. The believed that an incorrect battery had previously been fitted to my car which meant that the terminals were on the wrong side. The storeman would not come outside and look at my car but just confirmed what your website said. Take it or leave it?”

“GSF usually supply with the right part fitment for the cars I'm working on and with the discounts the prices are very reasonable. My local branch in Swindon is very helpful in selecting the right parts but I do wish that the store could tell me the engine code the parts are for because sometimes there are variants on the same models based on the engine code and trail and error isn't a good way to find the right part.”
