“Website was good. I called to collect and pay for the part and took the old part in - fortunately. The GSF staff member was really helpful as we checked the part it was clear that it was different. He tried to find the correct part but none was available so advised buying from Mercedes direct which is what I did. Inaccurate website but excellent staff help on the Gloucester trade desk. I will be back when I need something.”

“I was going to Service 2 of my vehicle's and looking for oil on the GSF website for my vehicle's their web page said none in stock so I rang my local branch who then provided me with oil they had in stock of the right grade and they gave me a code to find it online to add to my order. They would have lost the sale if I just used the online service but the staff were very helpful on the phone and in store and gave the advice and information. It's the website that gave it just a good grade they should add check by calling your local store if you cant find what you are looking for.”

“Not a bad website if your looking for cheap car parts, does work out a lot cheaper than others, but can be miss leading at times, I recently needed brake discs for my Kia and order a set for £27 but landed up having to pay £54 as they charge £27 per disc and only sell them in pairs which is not explained on the website. I feel if they are advertised at £27 they should be sold at £27 for the pair not each.”

“Good service, collected part same day from the Eastleigh branch. Unfortunately the new part supplied was faulty after taking over 4 hours to fit so it had to be replaced on warranty but my mechanic dealt with that thank goodness!”

“Always seem to do a great deal on Parts and good selection of brands. I bought a set of discs and pads for the front and rear of my Honda Jazz, chose the Brembo brand as always known this to be good quality. Only hiccup was the website look up tool with my registration entered gave me the incorrect choice of rear pads. When contacted the online help team stated I had ordered the wrong pads and supplied the correct part number stating that I could return the wrong ones for a refund. A bit miffed as implied I was at fault when using the pre populated info when using there registration look up tool. Luckily was able to pop in to the Reading store and they forwarded on the return otherwise it looks as though I would have to pay postage. Lesson from this is yo ot fully trust the website registration look up tool. Other than this have not had any issues using GSF car parts online.”
