“Hassle free ordering, however when arriving at Doncaster branch was informed it wash cash only as card terminal wasn't working. Luckily I had some cash on me, gsf had my email address and phone number and was aware I was collecting that day (15min before closing) I feel a quick email or txt would have been in order to any customer collecting to inform them of problems with card payments.”

“Nothing wrong with the service. Very good company. But would have to suggest they make the delivery guys aware of what’s in the boxes. As the delivery guy delivered my battery on its side. With the liquid leaked out.”

“Delivered in time, good packaging! Customer service not a great, could be better! I tried ringing the company to see if they’d received my order but they turned around and said that it’s another department that deals with the ordering and that they don’t have a number.”

“Was looking for a replacement car battery at short notice. Found one from GSF at a reasonable price with free next day delivery. Ordered on-line with little fuss and the battery did indeed turn up next day well packaged. Only slight issue was that it said item would be delivered by Parcelforce and when I enquired about tracking info it was actually being sent UPS. Not in itself a problem as tracking info provided, but I had to ask for tracking info which I believe should be automatic.”

“There was an issue with the parts I purchased as my vehicle falls on a change over year - the staff at the branch were apologetic that I'd had to go back but then were very helpful in resolving the issue.”
