“Some staff are 110% in terms of knowledge and advice and help, and prices and quality are better than competitors, unfortunately some staff won’t come out the office even when they know your waiting!”

“ordered a brake caliper but had to return it as it was the wrong part for my vehicle, i had no issues when returned but could not purchase one from you until it had been ordered which would take 2 days as this was a Friday which unfortunately was not soon enough. staff helpful on phone and in store, would had scored higher but didn`t due to inconvenience of the not being able to get the correct part in time and 2 journeys having to be made (collect and to return)”

“Wide range of products. Free delivery is a big advantage. Only 4 because prices are ok with discount coupons (50-60%). Without coupons prices are way too high”

“I can not fault the counter service at Daventry they real are customer service focused, keep you the great work. What I do find very difficult to understand is applying a discount code from the website gives me a greater discount on parts than as a Trade customer. What it does show is that you can afford to discount parts at 65% and still make a profit, therefore trade pricing should be equal to or better than the 65% discount.”

“Overall good but can take a while to get served in the Birmingham branch with usually only one member of staff serving and they also have to fetch the parts. Perhaps when internet orders have been placed the parts could be picked ready? Or have someone serving and people picking?”

“Good customer service not excellent. It is a bit difficult to find parts easily on the website. Sometimes when we order part it doesn’t fit our car ,although, we had already put our car’s reg number”

“I have used GSF a number of times for parts and tools, they are my preferred parts supplier and although I’m not full time in that line of work I still visit branches on a regular basis. The staff are always courteous and the discounts good at various times throughout the month.”
