“I always get good quality pattern parts, the last time I was there the computer was down so unless you pre-ordered before you went there you could not get any parts, apart from that one time no problems what so ever.”

“Have dealt with GSF on numerous occasions and always found the staff friendly and stock availability very good. On my last visit stock was not available even though system stated that it was, so I had to pop back the following day,however it was delivered on time the following day. I will still continue to use GSF as my positive experiences far out way the negatives.”

“I like GSF. Parts are reasonably priced and collection is straight forward. The website is a bit of a let down as parts can sometimes be hard to find. Staff at my local branch are friendly.”

“Great prices and range of parts. Nobody on counter when I walked in, left there a while before anyone spoke to me though. But then parts were attained quickly from giving order number.”

“Rated as good due to, website and payment good. Value for money good. Speed of delivery good. However the parts listed for my car were wrong and the correct parts were not available from GSF. I had to use my wife’s car and travel to the local dealer and pay 2 or 3 times the price. I would however still use GSF”

“Helpful staff. Web orders cannot be collected same day which sucks. Prices displayed on website are astronomical and would put off the average person wanting to order. With discout code of 60% it then becomes reasonable. It looks like GSF are trying to rip off the unknowing which is poor business. Prices should apply to all regardless of purchasing power.”

“Using on line discount codes prices very competitive. Staff also helpful over telephone. I tend to use click and collect but lately it seems like click and pick some 3 1/2 hours later in my case. A small gripe that could result in stock being sold when it should have been picked earlier. 8 out of 10.”

“Recently bought a pair of CV joint boots for my wife's 2001 Audi TT and very pleased with the quality and price when purchased, on line, with 58% discount. My concern is the extortionate initial price quoted which I simply wouldn't pay! Unfortunately if it wasn't for the 'discount' I wouldn't buy from GSF.”

“I always try to use GSF where possible for my parts. The quality of product seems better than their competitors. They also often beat their competitors on price too which is a plus. The only issue is that the stores are quite far spread so you sometimes have to travel a little further.”

“A quick, well priced service. On this occasion I purchased rear discs and pads for my car, however there was a choice of three discs and three sets of pad (different sizes and shapes) which led to me buying the wrong ones even though I'd entered the registration number and confirmed the make, model and year. The software should be better than that..”
