“I took advantage of the great weekend discount deal. I went straight to the shop as there were a few options to chose from and didn't know which I needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and told me what I needed, but was told I had to order online.. I stood at the counter using my phone and ordered which gave me an order reference number. After a while they let me use this to pay and the parts were collected. Sadly I had to wait until the paper printed order came through their printer. This turned into a 40 minute visit which was annoying as had my son waiting in the car.”

“I like the website which is pretty easy to find the parts required. The chat also helped in sorting which braking system I had (out of 3 possibles). Had ordered a pair of wipers, Hella which were not in stock as the website had said and I had reserved so had to spend a little more for Bosch variety Thoroughly recommend Leeds @ Roseville Road. Do need the weekend discounts to be competitive on prices though.”

“Seen same product on sale at the Range for £7.99. GSF list is price is £19.86. I used their 30% introductory offer and paid £13.90, so slightly disappointed. Product is very good but highlights that a quick internet search can save money.”

“I made a mistake with my order and your staff managed to remove the items - something I didn't expect they'd be able to do. My only complaint (if that) is that you don't hold a lot of stock for my car - Saab 9-3 convertible 2001.”

“You made me happy as the weekend discounts you offer are obviously very attractive indeed - BUT I do find your website very difficult to navigate - it too me ages before I was confident that I had concluded a purchase of just under £3 with you - might have been £300 but not on this occasion as it happened. If I am alone in making this observation then put it down to the fact that I am 80 and not THAT brilliant at website trawling but if others have commented in similar fashion then I suggest you get your techies to try and simplify the site! BUT you do offer a worthwhile service and your counter staff at Kettering have always been very ;polite and helpful. Regards Tim Clifton”
