“Quick delivery, good branded parts”

“I use the parker drive branch using click and collect,parts are always in stock when I go and I use a very good discount code which they email,well worth being On the mailing list. I did forget to bring my order number and they still managed to sort my parts with internet discount. Very good,,worth checking out if you need parts.”

“I have used GSF twice in the recent past and both times I have chosen the spare using the registration number of the car. In both cases the part was incorrect but your technical guys gave me an alternative part number which was the correct part.”

“Some of the deals you have on are great others you seem to inflate the prices dramatically so when the discount is applied it’s not a good deal and can be bought cheaper elsewhere. Rather than do this to try and trick your customers why not just keep the prices right on offer genuine discounts, puts me off buying off GSF”

“With the discount codes GSF really is value for money. However, the few times I’ve thosen to have parts delivered it’s not ended well. I always now order to my local store.”

“They supply good quality parts at a competitive price. However to get the best price for the parts I need I have to wait until I receive an email from GSF advertising a discount code. This discount code is usually much better than the discount code available to me if I just access the GSF web site. But of course if I need parts I have to wait for a discount code which is not always readily available. This marketing approach is the same as Eurocar parts and I tend to compare both company prices. The GSF pricing and marketing approach is annoying but I tend to 'put up with it' but feel it's all a bit of a farce. I don't know why they have to play this discount game with regular customers and offer different discount codes. I would much prefer not to be messed about and have GSF offer fair and resonable prices on their web site and that's the price you pay and not be messed about with all these discount codes. Their approach is unprofessional in my opinion.”

“Easy to use website with good availability of parts. Only issue I have is that I've found quite often the price on the website is higher than in branch. I do receive discount codes to bring the cost down but I do find this slightly misleading as the price only comes down to just below branch costs rather than the full amount offered online.”

“This company always has the parts I want and the online ordering service is very good, I just order and go and pick them up. I have had a couple of ordering problems but when I call them they just do it for me.. Simple..!!”

“I bought Grimex from them. I have used these before and they are brilliant not only for cleaning hands but also getting greasy marks off of paintwork, wallpaper, and even clothes at a push. Hard to find elsewhere. Reasonable price, postage included.”

“Sometimes difficult to find the right part on the website but generally it’s easy enough. I click and collect and it’s very easy to do. Always very helpful people at my local branch who are always willing to help out. The Northampton branch”
