“Always good service, buy a few parts most months. A couple of purchases have been incorrect causing some problems but were dealt with efficiently. Parts of the cheaper quality found to be very poor, only today i was working ony suspension and noticed how much a 6 month old CV boot bought from yourselves had perished and will need replacing again soon. Disappointed.”

“It was just easy to order once I new how to order the goods, had bit of a wasted journey to the shop to order parts then present the code, unable to do in shop so had to return home to make the order go back and collect”

“Usually is good. When last visited had to wait longer in store to get order, colleague spent at least 5 minutes to find everything (I guess parts wasn't prepare to collection). In total I've spent nearly 10minutes to collect order, from open to close door. Anyway I'm still satisfied with Bedford team, friendly and helpfully, thanks :)”

“With the discount code the part for my partner’s bmw was so much cheaper than anywhere else I could find (including a very popular discount parts store). Also instead of having to wait for delivery I got an email saying it would be ready for collection in 15 mins so I just went straight in and picked it up. The man who served me was very helpful.”
