“Prices good, range of parts brilliant, regular discount codes incredible, delivery speed simply fantastic. The only reason you don’t get 5 stars is there isn’t a store less than 25 minutes from my location so you occasionally lose business to my local motor factors (who are also open Sundays for those emergency weekend repairs!)”

“great selection of parts and good prices. However, I am buying fewer parts from you as you do not always specify the brand. If I want Lemforder, Sachs or something similar, I want to know that is what I am going to receive. So marking parts as "premium brand" is not acceptable if you want online sales. hth”

“Great value and quick service plus delivery. However the packing is not good enough. I had bulbs and bottles of liquid mixed together. The bulbs were all out of their boxes and the boxes smashed due to the weight of the bottle. Needs a box and a little more thought. Other than that very happy and would use GSF again.”

“It is good that GSF send discount codes via email, the last few purchases I have made have been because of these discounts. I would not purchase items without these codes as other parts suppliers are cheaper. Would be better for your prices to be more in line with other suppliers without the codes. I may purchase more that way.”

“I required a Mann fuel filter for my Audi A3. I tried using the click and collect service but was unable to get the promised 25 or 30% discount. A bit disappointed, but I went to your Chelmsford location anyway and explained the snag. Your man there happily supplied with a discount. One happy customer.”
