“Good service, just ordered and the items arrived. Website could be improved though, its a bit tricky to decide what part to buy with descriptions like premium and standard. All items I bought seemed good, however one I think was described as premium, no brand. It looked slightly different to the part that was being replaced and didn't feel as solid, unfortunately the plastic cracked as I fixed it place. Still works though and solved my problem! Can't go wrong with the type of discounts they offer, also wish branches were open on Sundays too”

“Very good and simple to use. I ordered and reserved online so I could collect my order when I wanted. I went to the Sittingbourne store to collect. Was painless and the staff were friendly. I'll be buying from GSF again.”

“Has lots in stock. And when they do offers (sign up for email to receive codes) they are very well priced. Cheaper than the competition.. don't really get why they don't just price things at the lower price all the time though..”

“The team at GSF Doncaster are really friendly and helpful. I love getting the X% off emails, they really do help with costs. But on my most recent purchase I found that I ordered the wrong fuel filter (the one on my car doesn’t have the water sensor on it and I ordered the one with the water sensor by mistake!!) even though I put my registration number in online as (unknown to me) it comes up with all different types/models of fuel filter. So would it not be better if the online service was made in such a way that when you do put in your registration number the system came up with all the parts that are specific for that vehicle?”
