“First order arrived next day (on a Saturday) the next order took 3 days but I was still very pleased with the srvice. Parts descriptions are sometimes very poor though...”

“The team at GSF Doncaster are really friendly and helpful. I love getting the X% off emails, they really do help with costs. But on my most recent purchase I found that I ordered the wrong fuel filter (the one on my car doesn’t have the water sensor on it and I ordered the one with the water sensor by mistake!!) even though I put my registration number in online as (unknown to me) it comes up with all different types/models of fuel filter. So would it not be better if the online service was made in such a way that when you do put in your registration number the system came up with all the parts that are specific for that vehicle?”

“Good experience with locating/confirming correct parts via Web site email. There is a handy store for me to collect parts, saving on postage. Good that items can be held over an extra day, as sometimes things crop up, and I am unable to collect items on the day after ordering. The quality of the parts looks good for a good price.”

“It just great! On time that some struggle to get parts GSF normally have them. I do think that the discount is a huge help sometimes, also it may not be every time they will have the part you want hopefully they can get it in a less amount of time maybe later same day or next day.”
