“It's great that their local and the prices are quite competitive. I do like to support local business, and not make Jeff Bezos even richer. However, I can't stand this marketing model where firms pretend that parts used to be really expensive, then offer huge fake discounts. The Brembo brake pads I bought were supposedly discounted by 60% to £38, which is the normal price you can buy them anywhere. These have never been nearly £100. Better firms offer genuine discounts, vouchers and reward customer loyalty.”

“The service at the branch was excellent. The IT let you down, I had reserved parts that turned out not to be in stock. The guys in branch provided a suitable replacement. Five stars for the staff.”

“Had the part I needed in stock, the only issue is the storewide "discount" not as cheap as other well known parts supplier with the discount applied for the same make item, however, that said a cheap price is only good if it's in stock .”
