“Good site apart from your click and collect and delevery section bit confusing wanted to click and collect went to pick up parts but they was being delevered ??no way to cancell had paid on line”

“I usually get a first-class service from GSFCARPARTS, but was left disappointed on this occasion. I ordered a pair of wiper blades for my car but when I came to fit them the universal fitting kit was missing from the pack. I also noticed the pack had been opened previously and taped back up, albeit poorly. I had to return to the shop the following day to get a new box complete with fitting pack. This was dealt with in a professional manner by the assistant.”

“Good prices, good range generally, though sometimes a part is listed on the website but you can't order it for home delivery or for click and collect, you have to go to the store, which might mean that any discount then doesn't apply. Strange, and frustrating when it happens.”

“Ordering the parts is always OK but collecting them is a real hassle with one person serving and asking for assistance, lots of people were just walking about, the queue just got longer and disorganised”

“Battery receipt didn't state length of guarantee. Although online discount was available for click-and-collect, store couldn't apply discount if ordered at store, so had to per-order online.”

“I ordered online on a Sunday after checking stock availability, and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there from the other side of town to find you're shut on Sundays! Why does your ordering system not account for when you're actually open, so it could have said 'Collection on Monday' for example? I had to make another trip the next day which wasn't that convenient.”
