“Mostly good, but have had very short life of suspension parts (lower arms, strut mounts) and had to buy again, but from the car manufacturer instead.”

“I often buy from GSF, as they usually have good, competitive prices. Nine times out of ten. Sometimes the price before the "Code" is applied can be a little high to start with which results in an average deal.”

“Ordered online. Like that the discount code is automatically entered. Collected from store hassle free. Asked if anymore discount could be added to which I was told that because I had ordered online no more could be added which was a disappointment since euro car parts can do this.”

“Ordered a Dayco cambelt kit. It was cheap, and arrived very quickly (with free delivery)! I had a slight issue - this must be down to Dayco and not GSF? The 2 crank pulley bolts as part of the kit were not the correct size, as I required the 80mm long (larger one). Usually the Gates powergrip kits I've used in the past come with all 3 sizes? As this is for a Ford sigma petrol engine, and the crank pulley is floating, I wanted to replace the bolt. It also isn't as simple as just swapping the bolt once the job was all done due to the floating design.”

“The online ordering and the delivery were very effective - 2 days by second class post. But the change was a tricky as I had to lever off the fittings on the new wiper blades and replace them with the ones provided to be compatible with the wipers on my car. A bit of persistence and it all worked out in the end.”

“the manager at present of leicester branch is why we come to gsf, the last manager was not right for the branch,people forget where there wages come from,oh yes been a long time since i dealt with andy spares,”

“Most of the time boxes are tatty , dirty sometimes are open and there may be some accessories missing ! Overall -good reasonable prices on parts ,occasionally big names brands for chicken and chips money !”
