“The delivery was absolutely top quality BUT the customer service was ultra poor having tried to phone at least 20 times and all I got was a message saying call back another time. They can’t be busy 10 hours a day So improve that and you will be a top class service”

“I would have given five stars but GSF prices the parts well above what I can obtain elsewhere and then offers massive discounts to bring the price back to a competitive price. To whoever sets this policy please change it as it annoys your customers. I would much rather see the actual price you are charging up front and not apply a made-up discount from an artificially inflated price. I shop with you because you stock the parts I need, your location is convenient and your staff are helpful. The price after the discount is what I expected to pay in the first place. I hope your management takes this advice. I collected in store because I can then check the part is correct so for me the delivery options are not required”

“Originally ordered my parts from Europarts but had a problem every time I tried to pay. So a workmate told me to try GSF and it worked out cheaper and no issues with the payment, will definitely be using them again”

“excellent service when the parts are on your website. but some were not and I needed help identifying some parts which were not on your website. I spoke to the local branch but they told me I had to speak to the online service in Birmingham for which they supplied me with 2 numbers I tried calling them alternately for 90 mins and could not get through. i had to go elsewhere for the rest of my suspension parts.?”
