“I’ve ordered online twice for GSF and both times the website advised that my items would be at my local store after 10.00am the following day. However, when I turned up to pick it up it hadn’t been delivered to them and they asked me to return the following day. On arrival the following day it still hadn’t turned up, but the Manager agreed to replace my product with a similar slightly more expensive product at my original order price. The Manger resolved the issue, but this is the second time I’ve had to return to my local GSF counter to pick up an item I ordered on line that wasn’t ready as informed and it puts me off ordering again.”

“Ordered a car battery on line - unfortunately the delivery driver could not deliver because the package was damaged and battery leaking - I contacted GSF customer service - and a replacement arrived within 24 hrs ... excellent customer service 👍”
