“My car had failed the MOT on the exhaust back box. Ordered new one on the proviso it was being delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Sixth working day now and still waiting. Now I have to pay for a new MOT test so cost me an additional £54.85. I did have the car booked in for repair and free retest but missed the appointment due to back box not being delivered. Thanks, I guess ??”

“if i could give zero stars, i would. mislead as product said “CHECKOUT NOW FOR FRIDAY DELIVERY” on Wednesday. Friday arrived but no product to be seen. I contacted them and they told me i was still in the delivery timeframe as deliveries take place between 2 to 4 working days. TUESDAY comes and I am informed that my part was never in stock in the first place. delayed me getting my car up and running by 2 weeks. i will not be shopping with them again.”
