“I pre-checked that they had the brake pads that I might need, depending on what the mechanic determined, in stock before I left. It turned out that I needed them, but they refused to sell me the parts at the online price, over the counter. I was forced to order (reserve) them online, and wait 20 minutes for the online reservation to be messaged to the branch I was already standing in! What a waste of time.... The price was good. The service was just stupid.”

“I order my items online based on delivery time scales to ensure I am at home to accept.Your time window when ordering was 3/4 days.Although prompt delivery is to be commended the next day delivery was only completed because it was early.Ten minutes later and I was out.”
