“Ordered parts from Oxford branch,computer system said all in stock.paid for items when arrived at branch next day .Then to be told one item not in stock.”

“Battery price was heavily discounted due to purchase on line. However Rover was not listed and had to use MG equivalent. All good though.”

“The part i bought listed online was wrong and faulty,but it was changed in store easily,it cost £50 MORE, and I did the job in 20 minutes. It's a shame the shop didn't recycle my old fan ,I did ask.”

“Car battery a good price and it seems to be working perfectly. I did click and collect. Google maps useless for finding where to collect. Ended up in back of warehouse and then told to move my car to front of warehouse where there is no parking. Staff very nice and helpful.”
