“Fast delivery and great products. The website needs some work though, when I punched in my number plate the correct vehicle came up and the recommended items for that vehicle, however when the item arrived it didn't fit my car. Good support from Customer Services who in turn told me which part number I actually needed but wasted a fair amount of time and shipping cost due to bad website information.”

“Went to purchase a car battery I'd chosen and the price quoted was far higher than the online advertised price. In order to get the online price I had to sit in my car & place the order online, waited 15 minutes before going in to collect and pay the online price! Surely there has to be a better way. Customer service at the branch was excellent, can't fault them :)”

“Prices and service are excellent, but cprice policy is confusing A huge difference buying some items on line is cheaper than from shops. Although the click and collect is from thd same shop.”
