“Bought a discounted FEBI diesel fuel cap (advised as unsuitable for my BMW) purely to replace the broken tether on the original. Surprisingly the cap was identical in fit and appearance; so I used it as supplied. No warning lights so must be OK.”

“I think GSF are great - good value, good range, good customer service, and I didn't realise it, but fast delivery as well. In fact faster than they said they would be, but to the wrong pl. ace. The problem is their choice of courier. UPS are consistently disastrous. On this occasion UPS dumped my package at a "collection point" miles away after they claimed I wasn't in to accept delivery. I WAS in; CCTV upholds their lie. I only found out UPS had left the battery at the collection point when after six days I chased up with GSF who told me where it was.”

“GSF have a good range of parts and many are in stock but the online website could be much improved. Firstly, get rid of this 50% / 60% off nonsense- just show the real price. Second, The website could not find my vehicle when I entered the registration number- it needs updating. Third, and most importantly, display the manufacturer part numbers please. I went elsewhere for quite expensive ignition coils because I couldn’t confirm the ones displayed were compatible, even after calling the helpline.”

“Great Customer Service. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars is that I will be changing to another Car Parts supplier. You no longer have a shop in Glasgow and it is a nightmare if an Item has to be returned as there is no free return service.”

“I use GSF because at least I will not get a fake knock off branded part. They are also fast and reliable. On the nagitive side they do sell a number of branded parts that do not last very long. However all the competors do as well. I say always go for the high end part where there is an option. I have never had one of the high end parts fail.”
