My review would be zero if possible. By far the worst customer service and lack of empathy. Let's make this simple: Sent shoes for repair( needed heel fixed on sneakers) received them over two months later and they were just polished. No one returns your call and never fixed it. Why would you send a repair back without it being fixed?

Scam! Everyone please be careful when you want to buy something from Gucci. I had purchased three pair of sneakers from them. One of them was supposed to be size 37 but they gave me size 40 instead. Another pair was too small. I mailed them all back and it has been a month from the day that they arrived to the warehouse. They have not send my refund back. No response from the phone and email. They kept saying wait for 1 or 2 business day, and it has been a month. Please be aware and keep a record of everything!

I sent my bag to have the handles repaired on 12/1 today is 2/20. They told me it maybe 4-6 weeks. I have left 4 emails with the repair center, with zero response. I have tried to call the Scottsdale Gucci store, and have either been hung up upon (4x’s), or been automatically transferred to a phone that rings off of the hook until I am told the mailbox is full and to call back later. Of which still no one answers. I know not to expect too much service these days but this is taking it to a new lower level of terrible service.

Stephanie and her manager in the white plains store were terrible. They claim to supply excellent customer service and they provided anything but. I had to keep following up with them and they did nothing to help with my repair.

Ordered a belt wore it once over the weekend and there is no a lovely dent in the middle of the belt - I called Gucci and explained the situation they asked me to send in some photos of the belt not specifically specifying what it was they wanted photos of until 4 emails later they decide to tell me they need photos of x y z which I had sent over the them 3 time they then came back to me and said that they needed further photos to clarity making me feel like a criminal only to then be told over the phone well as you've worn it once not and cut the label not sure there is anything we can do. Spending so much on a belt I expect it to not have a dent in it after the first wear. Wont be buying from Gucci again - rude and very poor service

I’ve been waiting on a refund for a month now. Horrible customer service no one gets back to you it’s always the same thing someone will call you and no one does. It’s a huge run around with this company. Does not cater to your needs.

Hi! I am so disappointed in the belt. It’s not the same that on website, second one letters yellow, not the same like on the bag , that I purchased before. Another things, no stamp inside the belt , look so fake from AliExpress . Box was broken from one side, original box that was inside the same with damage. Very disappointed, want to send its back and leave review. Please check your staff who packed the brand and give me fake . Never coming back online shopping.

Terrible, horrible customer service. Mailed a damaged handbag back to Gucci on Dec 4, 2020 and I have yet to receive my refund and it’s Tuesday Dec 15, 2020. Never seen such horrible customer. Never ever will I shop with this company again. Promise!!

Purchased a 1,350$ handbag in August for my 40th birthday gift. Well November comes and the leather starts to peeling. The customer service and experience with Gucci has literally been a nightmare. I have never been treated so badly by a luxury company. I worked hard and out of all the the companies I chose their company (Gucci) and this experience has been a nightmare. I have yet to receive my refund. Trying to see if I can speak with the president of this company because this is terrible business. Never again will I purchase another handbag from their company. Promise!! Mailed handbag back on Dec 4th, and on Tuesday Dec 15th I’ve yet to receive a refund.

I purchased a fragrance from Gucci (first time ever buying from the brand). They were able to sell it using distance pay and it was delivered fast. I was so ecstatic to open the package and when I opened it, guess what, the product was in a dust bag and wrapped in blue bubble wrap. All the regular cards/receipts were there but I expected so much from Gucci. In their website it clearly stated complementary gift wrapping on all orders. I told the store and customer service it was a gift and it looks bad to give the fragrance in a dust bag! Also said if I go to the store they would even give me at least that paper bag!! I got so frustrated at them. Sales associate was at first reluctant to send over box and bag saying they didn’t have. However, when I completed the customer survey and gave them poor feedback, they called me and apologised and said they had found spare box and bag for the item and will ship it (overnight delivery). Overall, I’m just appalled with their service and I hated how I had to request for such a small yet essential thing that I should’ve received in the first place. Clearly, I think the sales associate got scared after I complained to customer client service and completed the survey, and gave them the worst feedback. Another thing to note is that sales associate and some client service representative can’t speak English that well so it was very hard to understand them and them to understand me. Overall, I don’t think I’ll buy from any Gucci store again. Possibly will consider second hand but this brand I swear - I can’t trust them anymore.

Ordered 2 belts from the Gucci website. I felt that they were a little small so I sent them back via Fed Ex with their label they provided. I turned around and ordered the same belts in a different size. I lost track of time and realized that I never got my refund from my first order. I have called and emailed with very little help or response. I have never received the refund for my first set of belts. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I had know idea a designer upscale business would do something like this. I will NEVER order anything from gucci again.

Be very careful with returns. Returned a belt exactly as I received it and they are refusing to refund saying it hasn’t been returned in perfect condition. I’m now stuck with a £250 belt which is the wrong size. I wouldn’t risk using this company again, this is the only time I have experienced this with online shopping in years. Very poor.

I do not understand their return policy. I purchased a belt online and returned it in the store. The sale associate just gave a sticker on the previous receipt and told I should get my refund in 7 days.. but I was so confused because the guy didn’t give me any receipt and neither he explained why it takes so long to get the money back ,..After asking him, he said he has to send it back to the estore.. then I called the customer service to find out what really happened. the lady on the phone said the sticker has a tracking number I can track the return with that . I was like ok thanks.. after 2 days I was going to track that return using the tracking number but I couldn’t find any options in the Gucci website to track ..I googled it and found a link..I put in the number given, it doesn’t give any information... so I contacted the customer service via chat.. I was told they will get back to me after contacting the store.. it’s been 4 days since then I still can’t haven’t heard from them and I still can’t track the return.. . I am confused !!!

I ordered my baby boy Gucci shoes &belt they never came no help from Gucci no refund dhl says delivered never was will never order from Gucci again do your self a faver and don’t order from Gucci

I had ordered the perfume as gift to my husband, package was never delivered to by address at all. When I addressed this issue to Gucci they said they 14 days to investigate and they will revert back. Which they never did even after 30days. So when I call them to check the status they are saying FedEx delivery was done to right address so they can’t refund or do anything for the Gucci product that I did not reach me. They believe in FedEx fake investigation over the customer. I would never think of buying anything from the brand which treats the customers this bad. The Gucci customer care person asks me to give complaint to police as they can’t help with the missing package.

I saved money to purchase a bag and in anticipation I met the Federal Express rep at the door. I noticed the box was a little small but thought but the FedEx courier said that was the box Gucci sent. I opened it and instead of it being a bag it was a pair of sunglasses. I contacted customer service and the called was answered by someone named Lena who is the WORST customer service rep I've encountered in years. She brushed my issue off as I purchased a $10 purse from Walmart. She asked for photos of what I received and I sent right away. She didn't received immediately and I asked her to wait as there is a long wait time when dialing in. She was very reluctant to hold. After she confirmed receipt she expressed it could take 7 days to research the claim. I asked for further explanation and expressed I wanted to hear something in a couple of days. Other than looking at the photos not sure what would take 7 days. They offered to send a return label and to get their product back but wasn't too concerned about me getting the correct order. When asked I was told they would expedite my bag once they received. That is not favor
