Awful place, no customer service, I asked for advice, didn't get it, just a shrug, as the bored Halfords person was keen to move on to next customers. Ended up wasting my money on something I couldn't use. Unable to even contact Halfords to discuss, no reply to emails... such a shame, as a cyclist (& motorist) I have always shopped there, will have to find somewhere else in future.(DUMFRIES STORE)\r\nNot only this, they REMOVED my review from their website, rather than address the problems."

"I pre-booked in advance a health check service for our bikes.\r\nWhen I arrived I was welcomed very nice and the gentleman Rob listened to my problem in a very professional manner.\r\nWithout any further questions he asked me to leave my bicycle and he will call me later to pick it up.\r\n Turned around my check and repair same day and bike was ready to go, even though the shop is heaving with bikes.\r\nThe team Levi, Rob and Mo are brilliant - helped me sort out a lot of my questions and bike\u2019s issues. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I\u2019ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with checking our new family\u2019s bikes\r\nThere is professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service.\r\nIf you want the best for your bicycle this is the place. I\u2019m feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. \r\nI couldn\u2019t ask for more and I completely trust team expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks.\r\nHighly recommend and definitely will come back."

"Ordered parts for home delivery, was told would arrive on or before the 29th,\r\nNot received, showing on website as in progress, emailed them no response, phoned them and was told get it by the 1st,\r\nCall them today to try and cancel, and have been told someone will call call me in 24-48hrs to cancel,\r\nI replied saying, no I want it cancelled today, and was told they can't do that.\r\n\r\nSo avoid Halfords like the plaque."

Never received a text message or email to say they were ready for collection. I attended the store and was pawned off with set of Halfords own Brand and assured that they were Walser Seat covers. I contacted Halfords customer service in an attempt to resolve the issue but were of no assistance or apologetic to sort the problem. Halfords clearly advertised Walser Seat covers online and I expected to get what I had ordered. I reordered in store hoping that would solve the issue but I was again given Their own brand. Halfords how can sell an item online advertised as Walser and send me your own brand, clearly a breach of the Trades description Act \/Consumer Rights Act 2015. There is absolutely no mention on your website that the Walser Seat Covers are repackaged in your own Brand. As for Customer service its a big Minus from me.\r\n\r\nDate of experience: October 31, 2022"

"Let the following review via Halfords and Trustpilot \u201c Waste of space chippenham branch.\r\nOnce again a wasted journey to Chippenham branch, This branch next to never sends you ready to collected updates and if you bring this up in store they will say just come in at said collection time BUT then like today you find your order is taken online and paid for saying ready to collect in one hour and they say sorry we were just about to call to say we cannot find any in stock so another 15 miles of fuel and time wasted.\u201d And guess what Halfords had it removed as they claim it didn\u2019t meet their criteria \ud83e\udd14 just shows how you cannot trust company reviews when they can moderate them."

"Give the below images a look:\r\n\r\nSo I wanted a dashcam fitting, so I contacted Halfords to see if they would fit it even if I didn't buy it from them. They said they would (Proof in images). So I went ahead and got a Nextbase 222 Front AND Rear from Amazon for \u00a3100 (Over \u00a370 cheaper than Halfords).\r\n\r\nSo they basically lead me on and made me pay \u00a3100 just to then say then will no longer fit it (As per second image )\r\n\r\nI doubt they'll even rely to this review and if they do, it'll be something daft like they'll 'look into it'\r\n\r\nCome on now Halfords... I asked for compensation or for them to fit it and they ended live chat twice on me and wont admin why haha"
