“We purchased 2 low cost adult bikes from halfords on line as i did not want to put them into my car. 1 was perfect the second came with a fault. I was advised by halfords telephone support team to take it into halfords whitstable for support. 2 young people building bikes in store were fantastic, offered replacement, but in the end repaired the fault. Met the manager in regard to warranty issues. At every step of the way i cannot fault the e treme levels of customer service. They even showed me (a pensioner) how to look after my bike. I cannot recomend them more highly, it was a relief and a pleasure the way they dealt with everything. Well done”

“Halfords in Bridgend were superb as usual during my recent visit. From the lady who took my details to book an mot, to Carl who scheduled it, and took time to explain the process, and Ryan and team at National Tyres Bridgend who completed my MOT so swiftly (and with a smile..lovely to see!) They were absolutely spot on! I also had a bulb changed prior to service and the young man who changed it for me was amazing, so knowledgeable and job completed very efficiently so i was on my way quickly. The services I have received have been second to none, I am a member of the Halfords Motor Club and they couldnt do enough to help me, I feel like my car is in safe hands now and the respect and knowledge (and amazing customer service) has been outstanding from start to finish. Well done Halfords abd National Tyres Bridgend, you've done your rganisation proud...from one very, very happy customer!”

“I went to Halfords Bangor Co Down for bike brakes and a lovely young man called Mathew explained everything in detail to me. I bought the required parts and the last thing Mathew said was if I’d any problems to call him or bring bike over and he’d sort. 10 out of 10. Thanks Mathew.”

“I had my MOT done at Halfords the Butt's Worcester and the service was amazing. Keith and James gave first class service from the start to the end. Very friendly, kind and understanding. “Took my car for service and mot on 1/11/25 at Burnley. Unfortunately the mechanic who was supposed to do the mot had been knocked off his bike so wasn’t in work, the mot was looking like it couldn’t be done, a big thank you to Paul who stepped up and said if I left my car all day he would get the mot and service done for me. I was happy with the way I was dealt with and the service provided.”

“Iestyn the bike technician in the Merthyr Store was really helpful and friendly. What a credit to the store. There was a problem with the brakes on my son’s bike and they had locked. He sorted it straight away as he was not busy at the time I asked. “ I can sort that out now for you!” Really great service with a smile.”
