I went to the Halfords on Sevenoaks way in Orpington to get my brake light changed. The man who done it Ian was very nice and friendly and helped me a lot. He was very quick and efficient I would definitely go back there.

Ordered a new battery for my Mercedes. Elected for free home delivery. The battery arrived well within the day promised and the courier even placed it on my bench for me. It was very well packaged and when tested for CCA was greater than expected. Best price and superb service - couldn't ask for more

I recently (10/4/2021) visited the Halfords Auto-centre in Acocks Green, Birmingham and was met with Dan on customers services. Dan was new to Halfords but quickly dealt with my enquiry. He was brilliant at the way he handled my booking for a new battery on my Porsche (having been let down by Halfords City Centre). He made sure everything was in order, arranged the fitting himself and above all was very pleasant to deal with and as such I decided to book my MOT with them despite being £20 more than Kwik Fix. Its not always about the savings, but more about the experience and the way people deal with you. I drove away very happy having had my car stand idle for 15 months during the pandemic. Thank you Dan and thanks to the stafff at Acocks Green. Highly recommended Auto-centre. Raj

Went to Eastgate,halfords looking for advice regarding bikes for my partner and I.Spoke with Lewis who was extreamly helpfull,great advice and information,nothing was too much.If anyone goes to the same shop,and looking for bike advice,Lewis is the person,thank you so much,ready to order on line.

With help from their overseas (South Africa) call centre I received an immediate appointment for supply and fitting of a new bike tyre.Within 5 minutes of arrival Chris, service engineer at Rayleigh. started work on the bike and 20 minutes later I was mobile.My thanks to Chris, so polite and efficient; a credit to the company . Visited rother Halfords canklow branch today needed a reversing bulb fitted in my mini served by a lovely young lady called Alex she informed me that I didn’t need a bulb fitting as I only had the 1 reversing light only had the car a few weeks she was a absolutely diamond didn’t make me feel foolish we had a good giggle if Halfords could bottle her professionalism & personality they would make a fortune my daughter & I smiled all the way home what ever they pay her they need to double it

I always use them for MOT and Services. Their website is easy to use abs offers many options. I regularly get sent vouchers or codes to avail discounts which is great. Thanks

I ordered a battery for my car online and it was sent to the wrong branch! Newport Wales and not Newport Isle of Wight where I live. I had an appointment confirmation and went to get it fitted only to be told I was at the wrong branch, I feel they should have questioned me wanting to drive from Isle of Wight to Wales and using a ferry during a pandemic when the order was placed. I do however, also take responsibility for not confirming this myself. However, on arrival at the Newport, isle of wight branch I was greeted by a man called Kev. He was extremely helpful in resolving the situation and obtaining a new battery for me and fitting it, his while manner and approach was brilliant. A very bit thank you to KEV in the NEWPORT, ISLE OF WIGHT BRANCH.

I went to halfords Plymouth for a spline socket for my brakes on my car that was in pieces.I asked a very kind man called Phil about the socket and he couldn't have helped any more than he did.I left with the socket and completed the job but could not have done it without the help of Phil .on the back of that I won't hesitate to go back and wish there where more helpful people like Phil. Stands out a mile and halfords lucky to have a employee like him.

I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Matthew at the Dereham Branch. I had what I thought was a battery problem with my car today. It turned out not to be a battery issue and, at this time, I still do not yet know what is wrong. However, Matthew went way more than the 'extra mile' in trying to help, not just trying alternative remedies, but also the amount of time he spent with. I could not have asked for more. Rodney the South African fella that works for halfords in cumbernauld was absolutely amazing. From the getgo he offered fantastic advise and pointed me and my mate in the right direction for everything we required. His knowledge speaks through his evident experience. I wish more people were as helpful and knowledge as he is.

I made a visit to the Cheltenham store (the shop, not the mot service centre) for a head lamp and indicator bulb fitting. Chose to have bulbs fitted because it was a really tricky job for me. I was greeted by Callum who first was on the till. He then proactively grabbed the kit to fit my bulbs (I noticed he'd jumped in after the fitter who was allocated was on the negative side). Callum was cheerful, very knowledgeable and his customer service most definately put the customer first. He gave my car a thorough winter check and he advised me on the service available to change my weak battery. Most definately going back for a battery. I called the store the evening before to check if fittings were still available during covid. The person answering the phone positively said 'yes'. Really great when a positive colleague jumps in when a not so positive seems to be having a tough day (as we all do from time to time) but as a customer I was amazed by Callums maturity.

I was served by Carol in Halfords at Farnborough gate to change brake light and head light. He was very polite and professional. Carol was very helpful and knew his job. People like him are asset to the company.

I rang the store in Byfleet this afternoon and spoke to Lewis Jayes. I have been in the car dealership trade for a good while now and very seldom would I take the time to give a fantastic review, but after todays very informative phone call giving the relevant information and putting to one side the correct battery for me and then when i arrived he fitted it. Very professionally double checked the battery and found it to be under performing after placing in the car. Not an issue took it out and replaced with another new battery which this time was spot on. Need to keep members of Staff like this as Halfords must struggle to keep really good team members. Lewis Jayes Thank you for all your help today your are a real asset to Halfords Byfleet . Really great service.
