“Great service at Halfords Durham, professional, efficient and friendly, work to be done clarified at start, and any change to plan / cost communicated before being undertaken. On collection full explanation of work done and breakdown of costs. The centre very helpful in accommodating appointments. Never had a problem with any work carried out and always have confidence in my car. The guys in reception, Ron and Andy, very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I needed some fittings for roof bars for my Volvo at short notice due to a late availability break. On Monday 10th August I went to your Tamworth branch and saw Gavin. He told me he didn’t have any in store and ran a search at your other branches for me but unfortunately without any look. I told him I was due to go away on Saturday 15th so he ordered some in the hope they would arrive by the Friday/Saturday morning but he couldn’t guarantee they would arrive in time. However Gavin rang me on the Wednesday saying he had rang the depot and explained how urgent my order was and they had sorted it out and the fittings had arrived in store so he could fit them that day for me. I honestly can’t thank him enough as without him I wouldn’t have been able to go away. He was so professional, friendly and went well above what he needed to. He’s a real credit to your company and definitely a member of staff you should keep. Thanks again Gavin”

“I went into Halfords in Cheltenham retail park. I had an awful scratch on my car and was kindly helped by Ross he was so helpful to help me find the right paint to cover it up. I hope he gets some recognition for this, as he went out his way to come into the car park and see the scratch on my car to make sure we ordered the correct colour paint for my car. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a Halfords branch.”

“Please thank your staff at Worcester store for their excellent customer service. We had an issue with a headlight bulb and after finding the correct bulb they kindly fitted . The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he didn’t have a name badge on but hadn’t worked at the store too long . Saturday 19 September 09.35 . David Boddy”

“Phoned the Eastbourne branch and spoke to Gerry by phone explaining I had a problem with my car battery and was reluctant to turn the engine off until I knew what was wrong. I thought it was the Earth Strap as a nut had sheared off. He met me outside with a new Strap and asked his colleague to perform a battery check. It needed a new battery too, (the old one kept discharging), which they were able to supply a AND fit. I was back on the road within a few minutes. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you.”

“Overall, I am happy with Halfords. I buy their own brand car oil, filters, wipers and light bulbs. Their fitting service is excellent and the labour costs are competitive relative to main dealers. Staff are helpful and competent. I try to avoid peak times for obvious reasons.”

“I had a dash cam fitted yesterday at halfords in leamington spa and the guy that fitted was very helpful showed me how to use it told me how long it would take and was very thorough would highly recommend him im so happy”

“The team at Halfords Crystal Peaks are so friendly and most helpful. I took my car in fo have Tyre Pressure checked after a warning msg on the Car. They sorted out the tyre pressure in a most speedy time. I recommend Halfords all the way. Thanks so much guys.”
