“I would like to commend the service at Halfords Stoke and particularly Louis. Absolute service as it should and went above and beyond. Rocked up at 19:45, 15 mins before closing, having just found out one of my headlights had blown. Vehicle couldn't be found on the in-store self help touchscreen so I asked for assistance. Turns out this was not Halfords system, myself and Louis, the advisor searching the internet couldn't find out what bulb was required and the car had lost its handbook long ago. No trouble at all, Louis was outside under the bonnet fast in the dark and pouring rain to find out, quickly coming back out with the right bulb and fitted in 5 minutes. All whilst chatting to me about my holiday destination and his experience in Portugal too! Well done Louis and Halfords for the amazing service.”

“Visited Halfords at Marsh Mills Retail Park unit d, served by Darren or Dadren cant make out the name on the receipt but just felt I had to say what superb service I had, so very helpful and polite what a pleasure to go into a shop and be treated like they care thankyou so very much made the start to our day a very happy one Ken Rich.”

“Halfords braintree fitted a new stereo in my vehicle they asked me to take it in for a reverse camera assessment to check it was compatible they said Yes it Is compatible we need to book you in for the installation a month later I get my appointment for fitting I take the vehicle wait for 4 hours for the stereo to be fitted I get my vehicle back with the new stereo I start it up and straight away air bag light is on i put it in reverse to back out of there bay and no rear camera so I go back in he has another 2 hour look tells me I need another lead I then wait another month with no contact from halfords so I ring them and they say no lead has been ordered as far as we was aware it was all working fine so the manager agreed to order a new lead again 2 weeks past no contact so I call them they tell me they need to book it in for he new lead to be fitted I have to wait 3 weeks for the next availible appointment I then go in and wait another 4 hours they then tell me that hasn't worked so I ask the store manager so what now he admits liability its there mistake he offers to fit me a after market camera he tells me he will be in touch a couple of weeks past I call the store and they deny all knowledge of it but tell me they will be in contact 3 months have past and no contact from them I've rung them several times and just get we will call you back and get nothing I will never ever use halfords for anything ever again they are probably one of the worst company's out there staff are completely incompetent including managers and this online chat thing they do what a waist of time of all the stores shutting down I hope this one goes”

“Bought a Karcher Portable Shower for cleaning our dog after rambling!...it developed a pressure fault....contacted Halfords who gave me contact details for Karcher who authorised replacement and it was replaced by local Halfords store without any problems. Warranty reinstated from exchange date. Staff were brilliant as ever.👍”

“I managed to completely snap the screw holding on my number plate and it could not be screwed back on.... it looked like a Honda dealer fix at great expense ☹️ until a fabulously helpful and kind young man called Justin at Halfords Park Gate, Fareham, came to the rescue. Believe me, this was not a quick fix! I was ready to celloptape it on and head off to pay Honda dealer prices.... but Justin worked in the 70 degree heat to sort the damage.... Justin saved me ALOT of time, hassle and expense by going above and beyond. I can't thank him enough. All the staff I encountered were nice, but seriously, Justin, you saved an old lady's bacon with your help. Cheers 🍻 👍”

“Excellent service, needed 2 new batteries for my Landcruiser, ordered online yesterday for home fitting service that was carried out today by friendly and efficient staff. Have now ordered 2 tyres for home fitting. Very easy and hassle free”

“Good morning I went in to Halfords Aintree this morning this morning as i had an issue with Dash CAM, unfortunately i did not get the gentleman's name but i know he is guy who installs dash cams. I could not have received a better service, he was polite very helpful and sorted my problem. Great service thank you Kenny”

“Went to Halfords Balham. Had excellent customer service from Jonathan, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much for fixing my back wheel of my Carrera bicycle, even so when the store was extremely busy .I could not do it myself. I do enjoy cycling now and can feel how well the job was done. Also huge thank you to Ben , he works there as bikes technician. Thank you again for your kindness and help. I do always recommended to everyone.”

“I pre-booked in advance a health check service for our bikes. When I arrived I was welcomed very nice and the gentleman Rob listened to my problem in a very professional manner. Without any further questions he asked me to leave my bicycle and he will call me later to pick it up. Turned around my check and repair same day and bike was ready to go, even though the shop is heaving with bikes. The team Levi, Rob and Mo are brilliant - helped me sort out a lot of my questions and bike’s issues. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I’ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with checking our new family’s bikes There is professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service. If you want the best for your bicycle this is the place. I’m feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust team expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.”
