Their customer service representative was quick to respond, courteous, extremely helpful, and resolved the issue for me without hesitation. “It was lovely my daughter sent a picture with grandchildren and hamper. They were very excited. They are using the ribbon to dress their hair and all the goodies are brilliant. Would definitely recommend.”
