“They were very good but faltered on letting me know the item had been delivered. Up to that point everything was good.”

Hi Diana, Thank you for your feedback! Please note that DPD will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day we dispatch. They will then send you an email on your delivery date with your 1hr delivery window They do not send another email again to confirm delivery..... however if you click on the "SHOW MY OPTIONS" button from either notification email you can track the progress, right up to delivery! “I bought this as a gift for my Auntie’s 90th Birthday. It was the perfect gift, she was over the moon with the presentation and the contents.
