“The “Gold” cover only covers failed parts, so when my clutch began to make a rattling noise and I took it to a garage for inspection where I was told that parts needed replaced that wasn’t enough. Essentially told only when said part fails, i.e my car breaks down on the side of a road, then and only then will the part/ replacement be covered by Handler Protect. Despite several attempts with the help of the local garage trying to explain it needs to be replace BEFORE it fails.
Avoid any dealership using Handler as they’ll find away to weasel out of paying because there’s no accountability. It’s just a worthless piece of paper.”
“Avoid this company, the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on, my daughters car suddenly failed, they said she should have known the oil pump was failing, they don't know how she should know, but she should know!! refused to honour the warranty claim, if you see a car with Handler protect written on the top, walk away, no compassion and no trust, a terrible company.”

“I bought a used car with service history, 1 previous owner and gold cover with Handler Protect. The car catastrophically failed due to a failed alternator. This, apparently, is covered by the warranty. No, it isn't, because it may be old and suffer wear and tear. Therefore I was fraudulently sold a car without a warranty, as it seems any part of the car can be deemed old and therefore susceptible to wear and tear. There was no offer to pay any part of the claim. You should not be allowed to sell your product to used car dealerships. I will not be buying any further vehicles from the local dealership and advising people not to accept a warranty on a used car from Handler Protect. Absolutely disgusted.”

“Absolutely joke. Although i was a gold member, they tried to hard not to pay the cost of the repair which was only 387 pound and imagine it was a heftier bill. Why am i paying for the warranty then? Avoid like the PLAGUE....”
