Ordered full set of cabinets. All pieces except the least significant piece have been sitting at my local Harbor Freight for two months and they won't release my cabinets without the last piece. No end in sight for this nightmare.

I recently attempted to return an unopened item. They claimed I received a notice of too many reurns in the past and no further refunds would be allowed. I was never notified of this restriction on my account. This is a poorly managed company and I suggest that buyers considering a purchase from this inferior Chineese outlet reconsider. Furthermore, no one answers their telephone after many attempts.

Why is it when you don't give your phone number to them at checkout they get a attitude every time this has happen to me alot . I'm going to shop somewhere else my phone number is none of your business

Harbor Freight should sell fishing supplies. They are the best at " bait and switch". They send emails on specials but when you go the item is not available or it costs more. I have had this happen numerous times. Then try to find anyone with a clue...FORGET IT. Most items are meant to be disposable, don't plan on having anything for a long period, it will not last that long. Fool me once but I am done with this game.

I like harbor, buy many items. There is one thing that I do not like, I am in line ready to pay and the phone rings, I go to the end of the line. Who is more valuable, the customer with money in hand or the person kicking tires on the phone?

I would give less than one star if I could I spent $1000 on a generator inverter that fried after two minutes of running and they will not replace it. They suck.

Tested two obd11 code readers that did not work and was charged a restocking fee because I was not willing to try third time. After being a customerr for over 20 years I will never shop at harbor freight again

i just bought a dump trailer less then a year ago, and haven’t really used it much. It was stored in my garage all winter and pulled it this spring and the paint is already peeling and one of the tires are falling off. 100% garbage. I wouldn’t recommend buying it to anyone even my worst enemy.

Love the tools and everything else except I was given a $1,000 credit limit and my account was always paid then all of a sudden they dropped my credit limit to $390. I will pay my remaining balance and never again shop at a Harbor Freight store

I was shopping for a battery charger and there was a charger with a discount because the box was taped closed. A battery charger is one connected device therefore, no missing parts. What could go wrong with buying this one? I returned it the next day. I told Ms. Erica that I needed to return it because it doesn't work. Ms. Erica said, that is why it was discounted because of the open box. I replied, call me crazy but you would think a seller would make sure the product you are selling works. ...her response...it is labeled for sale...as is.

I bought a concrete vibrator from them last week, the job got cancelled i tried to return it they charged a 20% restocking fee.. It was never disclosed... still brand new in unopened box, they did nothing for taking 20% fee.. Garbage company

The prices are insane right now the slogan is Whatever You Do, Do It for Less that’s is the biggest lie I saw in my entire life prices to high compared with the Dewall, Ridgid, Kobalt, and much more brands right now I prefer buy a prestige brand than something from HarborFreight tools.

This is a follow-up to my review of the Credit Card that HF did not seem to be able to refund for the ICON tool boxes they cancelled on me. Since my bank would still be trying to figure how how to do a dispute, I decided to lodge a complaint with BBB. The BBB is where to go if you have a legitimate dispute and have kept track of all the calls and other communication pertaining to the issue. BBB said they will notify HF within 48 hours which they did. Within that 48 hours I received an email notice from HF (Ca. HQ.) that my CC would be credited the for the funds, and also received two phone calls indicating the same. Interesting thing is; my card was credited within 24 hours? That is something that usually takes 4-5 days? Plus HF did send me a gift card for $50, which is appreciated. Also, i do believe that mngrs Dave and Stephanie were really trying to help but they were hampered by incompetence by folks elsewhere. The bright spot at the Superstition Springs store in Mesa is Alex.

Do not ORDER tools with a credit card from HF! I ordered an ICON 73" cabinet and side locker on 3/27/24. They charged my card on 3/28/24 and HF Cancelled my order because of some "Computer glitch", though one person I called said it was entered incorrectly so she "fixed it". Then I get two emails saying my order was cancelled. I went to the store and they said we can credit your card and then you can re-order if you want. Next day they said they "credited" my card and it supposedly was processed on 4/3/24. It was NOT and still has NOT been credited. I talked to my bank about a "CC dispute" and they started one for me but unfortunately they are as incompetent as HF is. I have to call someone else to find out what the problem is now. Then I will start a "fraud dispute".... and then file a lawsuit if I don't get refunded. Hopefully HF will be banned from being able to take that CC anyway. They obviously do not want to sell those tool boxes for some reason! DO NOT Order stuff, if you must purchase make sure it is in stock on the floor!

Harbor freight is the worst. They only guarantee there products for 90 days. I bought there Atlas brushless mower, 2 batteries, and a charger. This was a $669.56 purchase. The mower only lasted one year and the ignition failed. Do yourself a favor and don't buy there products! There junk!!

I bought an Automotive Battery Charger about a year ago. I used it once to charge a Toyota Camry Battery and it worked fine. It’s been stored in my garage on a shelf in the original box since then. Today I needed it again and it’s Dead ( no power light .). I called Harbor Freight and they sorry can’t do anything for you. I’m my opinion that’s Bad Customer Service and I will not buy or Recommend Harbor Freight Electric or Battery Power Tools any longer.

They advertise this trailer, that is on the floor visually. Online, it statws that the store has the item available. But when you ask about it. They can't sell it, cant order it, don't know when/if its coming in. Yet they continue to advertise a trailer.

I went to your store in Brownsville tx, I love your store is like kid in a candy store for me but what happened I never had a problem with none of the employees or the previous manager , but the lady that is your manager now, is very rude and she didn’t let me of the employee tat want to help me, having like four employees I ask about 4 times I even got in line to get the help but she refused to let anybody help me, I didn’t get what I wanted so I pay for what I had, and I told the employee that I was going to complain and he said I already looking for another job because of her and I would appreciate if you can do something about it, so that I don’t have to go all the way to Harlingen because I am not going back till you please get a new manager, thank you, my name is Jorge Hinojosa and I always go there for tools,so please do something about it.
