“I was disappointed with the communication. Taking over a week to reply to emails. I had to chase people to get any answers. When it came to installing the curtains they had the wrong track”

“A mistake in measuring of initial split blinds, then a wrong blind delivered causing much longer waiting time. When the blind finally arrived and was fitted we were really happy with the final result. From start to finish nearly five months had passed. Harrison’s were very apologetic about this and gave us a lovely gift basket. And after living with the roller blinds in the kitchen and thermacell blinds in the lounge we love the new modern look.”
