“Paula Youds and her team were fantastic. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and provided sound advice which resulted in us having window furnishings that complement our new home perfectly. The curtains & blinds are all high quality, installation was quick and went smoothly. While we did experience some covid-related delays, this was communicated along the way so our product delivery was within expected time frames. Highly recommended.”

“I was disappointed with the communication. Taking over a week to reply to emails. I had to chase people to get any answers. When it came to installing the curtains they had the wrong track”
