“I had a terrible experience with Harrisons. Had a rep visit and a quote provided. I was very happy with the quote and after a few discussions with the sales person I was already to go ahead with the order and then suddenly I was told by email that my order was declined. I think the sales rep under quoted and so it was her way of getting out of the deal. I rang Harrisons Customer service team twice to let them know I was keen to go ahead with the quote but no one would return my call. BYE BYE Harrisons, this is one customer that won't be recommending Harrisons Curtains & Blinds. Very Disappointed.”

“Hattisons were easy to deal with. Quick and efficient service. The longest part was waiting for our curtains, sunscreens to be made. They were installed and look amazing. There was no rubbish or anything left behind. Thank you so very much”

“Have a look at the top of the curtain one sides flat the other sides gots gathers. Is that the photo you have on your website to impress your customers . You will also notice the curtains are tucked back cos the width was measured incorrectly”

Hi Eugene and Kershnee, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I understand that there is a lot of history to this job and I am sorry that you are not happy with the outcome. To achieve the least amount of light, and with the size of the rooms, this was the best solution. To clarify, the original measurements were 100% correct. We were under the impression that you were happy with the outcome, once we had added the additional cross over arms, as we had offered, at the time, a full refund, but you had said that you were happy with the curtains. “The service I had from Nadia and the team was outstanding and I am very happy with my new blinds and curtains. it was great having her come to the house and choose the right fabric and colours on site and I appreciated the guidance she gave me with this not having purchased and blinds and curtains for some time . I would totally recommend Nadia”
