“Very late to receive and big delays, understandable due to covid but communication was very poor. The quality if the venetians are questionable as bowing after 2 months. Curtains and sheers very happy with.”

“Mediocre. Blinds were measured incorrectly so they had to be remade. Took about 3 months before all were complete and installed. Blockout blind is fading already in the sun and it has only been up for 4 months. Installer put a hole in the wall and scratched up our window frames (awesome when we have a new build home). Second time using Harrisons and second time being severely disappointed. We have since gone with another company that was cheaper, faster and had much better workmanship.”

“Fantastic! Our electronic (day/night) blinds are fantastic and Linda, our local Kapiti contact, was so helpful with choices, prompt with service and advice. Any tweaks or changes were no problem. Pricing was very competitive too.”

“Initial consult was great. Subsequent customer service quite average, bordering on poor. Installation was delayed several months all up - outside the control of Harrison’s, but updates had to be requested and we weren’t given a chance to change fabric (every time we called we were told it was only a few weeks away). Minor Post install issue with colour of black out backing fabric was never addressed (no follow up after we raised the issue).”

“I required 2 sets of curtains for the same room. 1 set I was asked how high and low I wanted them to hang, the 2nd set I was not consulted, and it was measured slightly too short, so adjustments were made to the hooks in curtains, and now I can see the curtain rail above curtains. It just does not look right”
