“Great choice of fabrics, Mel was very helpful with her suggestions of suitable curtains for the bedrooms in my rental property, and the installer was quick and efficient, even fixing existing curtain runners in master bedroom. Great service”

“We got both Blinds and curtains from Harrisons. The blinds were a tricky shape so the rep came and measured twice to make super sure she had it right. Install was messed up by covid but the rep stayed in touch so we knew what was happening the whole time. Easy process with no mucking around!”

“Would give zero stars if I could. Our consultant (Mel McHardy from Auckland area) blatantly lied to us about using a new workshop and being happy with the quality of their work. Put in the email with our quote that curtains would be ready in 5-6 weeks with this workshop (yes, I have that in writing). We had other quotes that were much cheaper but meant that we would have to wait months for new curtains so we elected to go with Harrisons. After 6 weeks sent a follow up email asking for an update on our curtains only to be told "oh sorry, meant to tell you - actually Harrisons had said 'under no circumstances' could this other workshop be used" so our curtains were going to take an additional two months! This was the first we were told about this and when I indicated that we were unhappy with that outcome have been met with complete radio silence. Appalling outcome - salesperson clearly lied to get our money and subsequent to that there has been absolutely no follow-up customer service whatsoever. Completely ruined any joy we had in moving into our first home. Avoid this company like the plague.”
