“Hello. We are so pleased with our new sun filter blinds. Exactly what we ordered and the service was so good and professional and Paula kept us informed through the whole process and answered any questions quickly when I emailed her. THANKYOU so much Harrison’s and we hope you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS from Mike and Leonie Huddlestone.”

“We need new curtains and also a new carpet. We were replacing curtains first followed by carpet later in the new year so we contacted Harrison's and another company for curtain quotes. Harrison's were coming 22/11/19 but a van was out of service so it was changed to 6/12/19 and then we received an email in which we were offered 4/12/19 which we accepted as it suited us better on 4/12. Today we were texted to confirm 6/12 so I rang to say that we were expecting Jenny today 4/12 at 11:30am as confirmed. Jennifer Thompson's reply was that she had no knowledge of the booking and cannot come today. I then told her that I would not be home the 6th as in the meantime I had arranged another appointment. She then told me that maybe you should try another company for instance Curtain Studio. Obviously Harrison's must have too much work to be able to throw away potential curtain and carpet orders.”

“Even though the cost was slightly higher I did like the guarantee offer. the door to door service and the many options available to us, The quality of work is excellent and very consumer tailored. would highly recommend to others.”

“Apologies for delay!. I found Sarah Bustard excellant. She knew her product well which made making decisions so much easier. she was honest about the specs, and the suitability of long term advantages, versus poorer quality, and life expectancy. Ease of keeping them clean, was compared with other products . Another rep was pushing for the new honey comb product. we did not like it in terms of ease of cleaning and robustness. Having chosen our 1st choice she immediately made out a quote, and completed all the measuring, saving another visit and subsequent delay. Another rep needed a 2nd visit for measuring, and left a rod fitting behind. Very unprofessional. I am very pleased with the product for reducing the cold coming in. I was a bit disappointed with the long wait after the home show. Thanks. Sue Fellows.”

“In recent years we've had carpet and floor vinyl laid through Harrisons, and this year had vertical blinds installed. Each time its been hassle-free. We liked the way a friendly representative came to our home and showed us samples and also made suggestions. The workmanship of the people installing the coverings has been excellent, and we've been happy with the prices. We are so happy with Harrisons services that we wouldn't go anywhere else.”
