I had a terrible experience trying to get insulation installed. I chose Harrison’s not because it was the cheapest but because the install duration worked well for me. Then unfortunately the date kept getting moved out without consultation. I called to explain that I travel frequently and I need certainty around dates. We confirmed a date that would mean to had to change travel, I agreed. Then a day before the agreed upon install, I got a call to postpone again. Extremely poor customer service.

Product took a long time to be installed. Then when installed they put the panels in the wrong place so I have two panels being completely shaded and barely even produce power. Have asked three times for this to be rectified but still waiting. Just keeping excuses.have asked for my flybuys twice but still no flybuys.signed up to Meridian as they were offering 500 bonus flybuys now they say I won’t get them as I didn’t tell them I was signing up with Meridian.

We installed 20 panel system mid 2016 at a cost of 17896.00 ( job no EJC100102) and the savings have been dismal. The whole experience with the Harrison's has not been as good as I was led to believe it was going to be. The 50% deposit was paid but installation took weeks to happen. That was the first warning sign that this was a mistake.I had turned down cheaper quotes from Genesis and Solar City as your local franchise guy came across very well with his presentation. I have asked for a technician to check my system as it may not be functioning properly. However it looks like my emails to the franchise holder are being ignored.

Power bill has tripled in winter and is higher in summer compared to before the 12 panels were installed. Nobody will get back to me about this. Have sent in copies of power bills as asked for, nothing comes back. Tired of having to make the first contact. Extremely expensive system that now costs us more for power. Wish it had never been installed.

Product ok but service of Harrisons representative and their subcontractors not good - job left unfinished, no health and safety plan provided although requested.

Absolutely shocking service. I had to chase up all the way to have my job completed. He came up with all excuses under the sun. I'm sure you won't be putting this review on yr websight. Which defeats the purpose of reviews !

We are glad that the job is complete and understand your frustrations of the install being delayed due to water under the house. Due to the fact that the installer would need to lie in the water and have his hands up around electrical cabling, this is, for obvious reasons, a health and safety issue. Installation not completed, worked for only 7 days. NO after sales service. Plenty of phone calls and emails. Has been off for 6 weeks so far.

Installer waljed off the job....had to wait 3 more weeks for install...installed someone else's panels which were the cheaper ones from what we ordered...had to wait to have them changed....system does not give us enogh hot water and there are only two of us living here...

I signed up on the 17 August 2017 to receive insulation in my property. I was advised that it would be installed in 6 weeks. It is now the 02 November 2017 and I have never heard from Harrisons energy again since the 17 August.

I phoned months ago to say the I-vent system we had installed was still leaving condensation on the windows on cold mornings and was told that they would get someone to come and adjust it for us. We even had a small amount of condensation last week. Nobody has ever been or called. We had another company come and tell us it is because we should have two motors and more outlets in the size our house is.

Panels not aligned as expected, very poor after sales service, if fact still waiting for it to happen I guess I will have to contact the salesperson again. Not impressed will not be recommending to anyone.
