The installation was fine, although carried out by Whitburn Electrical. The install was delayed by a few weeks as Harrisons forgot to order the scaffolding. Have yet to receive the Certificate of Compliance for the install (install took place early November). Have received zero fly buy points and there has been no follow up in regards to an app to use to monitor the solar production. I can't recommend Harrisons at all, so save yourself time and stress and use a different solar provider.

Not impressed with first contact made by regional manager. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want my cash. I'll look for a company that offers the customer service I am looking for.

Took over 6 months after giving the first Deposit for the Installation to be Completed... The subcontractor that Harrison used Installed the panels incorrectly and had to return to install them the correct way. This was after he decided not to show up for the date I was given for the Initial installation. Unfortunately, this was just the tip of the iceberg of the delays regarding the installation. Unprofessional and terrible experience. I would not recommend Harrison's to anyone..

So disappointed in this product. Nothing was explained properly so have spent thousands of dollars on solar panels that pretty much don't do bugger all. Out of pocket with no power.

The panels installed by Harrison's are rated to 3.7KW, the inverter to 5KW. There panels have never performed more than momentarily greater than 3KW. This is even on a 30 degree plus day early afternoon when the sun is directly above them. I have continually contacted Harrison but little has been done about it. If you want solar look else where!

App for Tesla battery not working on Samsung phones since app upgrade - Harrisons bounced us onto Tesla who say that the problem is the Samsung phone, however, Samsung sells more phones than Apple! Are we now expected to buy an IPhone to manage the app? We can't manage the battery without the app. or see/manage the power usage or solar panel input. Next steps - consumer council or Fair go??

We have read the wonderful reviews and would like to be able to add to them however your receptionist Fiona was quite rude when my husband rang. We are doing a new build and were going to use Harrisons solar. Fiona told him that you are not taking on anymore work at the moment. She did not speak nicely and didn't even wait for the phone call to finish properly before hanging up on my husband. We are appalled by her telephone mannerism. So disappointing.

We installed solar without a battery in our previous house and it worked really well. More than happy. When we moved we decided to install the battery system ...it was a lot of money. The idea was to run our house on solar and we were told that the system we had invested in would do that. More than enough. Several months later and high power bills we are currently dealing with the Harrison local agent. We are not happy.

The installer of the solar panel inverter managed to damage my office ceiling alongside where they had been working on the install. Insurance sorted it out but left me with a $500 insurance excess to pay as the installer claimed it had been like that previously (rubbish). Disappointing. Andrew from Harrison's Wellington otherwise good to deal with.

If you want a Fronius inverter and decent panels, these are the guys to go to. I suggest you look for alternatives though, because beyond the good components used, the service and installation is an absolute nightmare. Poor communication, wrong wiring, poor advice and service re: wifi connectivity, scratched and dented roof, quotes you for the job and then suddenly asks for more money because 'he quoted you wrong'. I guess you get the flavour by now, but these weren't even all the issues we had to deal with.

the talk was excellent the delivery and install was sub par they make it up as they go along a sub contractor fitted panels who did not give a toss

I contacted Harrisons almost a month ago who said they would get Carl to call me. I got the call quickly & he asked me to send last 6 months power bills to him of which I did the same day. He advised me based on my last charges a battery & panels installed would be just over $32k all up as educated guess of which I was still interested but I never heard a thing again. They obviously don't want my custom, Matt.

I dutifully filled out the form asking for a quote to install solar energy. A woman called me to book a visit. The morning of the booked visit a man called to say he would not be visiting but he would call back later to discuss my requirements. He never did. Rubbish customer service before I have even ordered anything. Not at all confident that anything would ever be done even if I had been able to order a system. I have the feeling I've had a narrow escape.

I had a terrible experience trying to get insulation installed. I chose Harrison’s not because it was the cheapest but because the install duration worked well for me. Then unfortunately the date kept getting moved out without consultation. I called to explain that I travel frequently and I need certainty around dates. We confirmed a date that would mean to had to change travel, I agreed. Then a day before the agreed upon install, I got a call to postpone again. Extremely poor customer service.

Product took a long time to be installed. Then when installed they put the panels in the wrong place so I have two panels being completely shaded and barely even produce power. Have asked three times for this to be rectified but still waiting. Just keeping excuses.have asked for my flybuys twice but still no flybuys.signed up to Meridian as they were offering 500 bonus flybuys now they say I won’t get them as I didn’t tell them I was signing up with Meridian.
