“10 days over a couple of weeks without hot water was ugly and I had to lose my cool which I hate doing before it was sorted. Once installed I believe great customer service would be to come back explain the overall system and what to do if there is a problem. Not read the manual. That part of the service lets you down. Replying to texts and calls was very efficient.”
