“We recently purchased our 5.4kW solar system through Guy and Nikki from the Nelson/Marlborough franchise. The whole process was easy, and their team of installers done a superb job getting the system installed and wired up. The installers went the extra mile with the wiring, making it very neat and tidy rather than running conduit outside the roof between the two strings. Guy and Nikki were knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions, and we’d happily work with them again in the future! ☀️”

“We had initially 16 LG panels installed, satisfied we upgraded to 26 panels within 2 months. Installation and performance was much greater then expected. As we were very happy with Harrison we decided last year to get the Tesla Powerwall 2. We wanted the original installer, James, but due to Covid and other circumstances that was not possible in a timely manner. OMG, what a difference, installation with discussion on placing the units including stories of extra cost due to cable length finally was done to satisfaction. App. Not working, just given a phone number still waiting for the e mail with instructions. 1 month later circuit breaker keeps dropping, after phone calls finally got Jerez, the technician, back, more cables and another circuit breaker later, powerwall is going again. Still no App, same 0800 number again to sort it out myself. 3 months later powerwall stops working. Call the Harrison rep., told he can’t do anything told to-call Tesla support. Calling Tesla and 59minutes later finally got everything, including the App, running, apparently our system was not registered so we had to send photos of the data plate to them so they could find it. Once Tesla found us support from them was great, system running, operator worked with me with great patience to not only fix the problem but making sure I have the Tesla App up and running. Even called back after some hours to check up. 5 star for Tesla online support. The next day send a message to our harrison rep, just got a snappy reply like “how was it working if it wasn’t registered”. Really? I am a customer not a technician, I don’t know, told him to call Tesla to find out.”

“Wow- 👌we were so impressed with Sharon and Steve at New Plymouth Harrison's Solar. The whole process from go to installation was superb. No question was left unanswered and we were kept up to date thoroughout the installation process. We love ouŕ solar system and it is working really successfully for our home and lifestyle. A real triumph in every way and we are so glad we decided to install a solar power system. We enthusiastically recommend these people and their company and solar products 100%.”

“Excellent service and communication. Installation was unfortunately disrupted by slow battery delivery, but installation was quickly completed when the battery arrived. The system is now working very well. I strongly recommend Harrisons Solar in Wellington to anyone looking to install a solar system.”

“Took over 6 months after giving the first Deposit for the Installation to be Completed... The subcontractor that Harrison used Installed the panels incorrectly and had to return to install them the correct way. This was after he decided not to show up for the date I was given for the Initial installation. Unfortunately, this was just the tip of the iceberg of the delays regarding the installation. Unprofessional and terrible experience. I would not recommend Harrison's to anyone..”

“Gareth from the Waikato franchise has been brilliant to deal with! I really appreciate him answering all my questions. I liked how honest and upfront he was. I nearly got locked in with another solar company however quickly realised that quality was lower and harrisons offer a superior product at a competitive price. Not pushy, very friendly and very professional. Great job done. Also I found the installers to be very polite and respectful which is important given the current pandemic. Their office person kept us up to date and was brilliant too. If you are considering solar have chat with these guys, do some research and you will quickly learn about why the products harrisons install are far superior to the competition. Thanks again”

“Product of good quality. Overall performance is yet to be assessed as has not been installed long enough. This is my first dealings with Harrisons, I have previous experience with solar power systems. Found local agent to be well informed and good at providing updates on progress.”

“It was a great experience all round from start to finish. Laura and her team has been amazing through out with communication, really easy to deal with. The system works perfectly and immediately reduced our power bill by half our average numbers, given that we even did more washing and drying these days. Really happy with the investment so fa.”

“Hi there. I have had an 8 panel system, for about a year now. With two of us living there. My last power bill was $16. I live in a windy place. I would like to see Harrison solar. Sell wind generats and install them to. PS. Could be running heaters at night, for free. Kind regards Murray. Featherston.”

“Overall pleased with the product. Needed more communication with Rick, sales manager. Disappointed with the sell back with power company, Trustpower. We make about 40cents for the month which is pathetic really, and this is the summer”
