“plenty of easy to understand information regarding Solar. Contractors explained everything in easy to understand language. When we had an issue they were quick to fix it with no fuss. i do have a current issue that has not been fixed though apparently is easy for me to fix. We had to get a new modem for our internet and Conan sent me a u-tube video to fix, however the video did not match up with my pc system and I have requested a relevant video/info however to date has not been forthcoming. I need to change in the Datamaster, it won't let me into the datamaster on the relevant site. I have worked out the inverter side correctly (even tho different to the video instructions) I wonder if I am not actually the 'manager' able to change these details as When I try to change anything It tells me I am not eligible to do so. both Gecko and Conan/Harrisons are listed alongside myself as 'managers' or maybe I am just not tech enough, lol. Thank you”

“All good but no body came or phoned me after it was installed to check the men’s work or even called after it was installed.”
