An absolutely rubbish company if you ever need to chase or follow up an order. Only use this company if you don't mind repeatedly sitting on a phone for hours to then find a full phone mailbox and get cut off. Promises to call back when you do get through to a receptionist are not fulfilled. I can only assume the lines are always busy because they can;t fulfil customer requirements.

I ordered my office desk 18 May 20. The website stated that 15 days the deliver date even the time of covid. After a month no office desk delivery, no one picking up the phone to check my order, I sent several emails but no one bothered to reply my emails. All contact details are useless as they dont care with a customer like me. I found the facebook page and lucky I got a reply after one day. I cancelled my order and the staff I’ve spoken told me my money will be returned after 3 days. Now almost two weeks my money still not return and no one answering again my messages. They gave me a new number but its not working! It Useless!!! I’m not recommending this shop and big regrets

May Order - No desk received to date 29/6/20. No email responses or promised calls back. An absolutely shocking service. If I deal with my Clients like this I would have none left.

Took money butafter two weeks still no delivery date. Made several calls, left messages until the mail box was full, still no return call. Emails sent but no reply. Customer service is zero. Bank managed to e recover money. Avoid or be disappointed.

Very cheeky and unhelpful staff. The people answering the phones tell me they can’t check my order to give me potential dates for delivery. I explained I had called at the start on the week (Monday) and it is now Friday and I had been promised an update. This didn’t not happen and no apology. When I told the receptionist I was unhappy she hung up on me. I called back and asked that the issue of being hung up on be addressed and raised with a manager very unconvincing response.

Ordered two rattan lounge chairs for the garden in February. I know we have problems in the country but I have still not received my chairs having paid over £700. I have sent numerous emails, phone calls suggest leaving a message but the answer machine is full. I have never had this happen to me before. I appreciate there may be a problem but there has to be some communication.

I am not even going to waste my team writing a review as it won’t make any difference - shameful company. Currently making a chargeback as I type.....never again and I hope trading standards deal with this company!!

I too ordered a desk 10th May, still not arrived. Numerous messages left on their non existing “Sales line”. Once someone answered who talked for Britain and explained my order was scheduled for 28th May. (No desk arrived) At least 5 e-mails sent and ignored, no communication from HAUS. Avoid this company and DO NOT order. Certainly will not recommend to my colleagues who are all purchasing desks. Safe to say, chargeback request is being made as I type.......Shameful Company - should be exposed more widely. Very very angry 😤 I would never order or recommend this company to any colleagues, shameful customer service.

Do not use this company, ordered a desk 15 May, stated 10-15 days delivery, the desk has still not arrived and it’s now 22 June. I’ve called a few times half the time you can’t leave a message as the mailbox is full, sent emails and no response at all. No communication at all. Quick to take the payment though!

Placed an order on 5th June, credit card debited on the same day. Sent an e-mail to query delivery of my order on 10th June, no response! Phoned customer services on Monday 15th June, no answer so left a msg..... again no response! I can only think that this a a fraudulent website and will following up with my credit card company next week to report. Do not purchase from this website! I will be reporting to trading standards...... very disappointed. :-(

My Advice - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to go through my bank to dispute my order. They take the money, then you don't hear from them . I raised a ticket on the website. I called - numerous times no answer, I emailed 4 times. Nothing. The only thing I can assume is that they are a Fraudulent website. So I will be reporting them to Trading Standards......

So disappointed !!!! Ordered the Richmond desk on the 10th May payment was taken on the 11th !!!!! Still no delivery And it’s the 13th June again like the rest of you I have phoned no answer , I have emailed no response . This give me no confidence in this company . What company does not get back to you answer calls or reply to emails Disgusting customer service . All we need is confirmation and to enlight to when we will receive our PAID FOR goods

OK - so I appreciate that there will be delays due to COVID so I can live with the fact that i ordered my desk on May 11th and it's now June 12th and i'm still deskless. What i can't abide is the lack of communication from Haus which is woeful at best. When i call their Customer Care team i wait on hold for 10 minutes to get a message that I'm actually in Sales where there isn't anyone present to help me so please leave a message and someone will get back to me only for the Mailbox to be full. This is really shoddy. Maybe an email to customers who's delivery time has exceeded 15 days would be good but the very minimum should be the opportunity to leave a voice message. I was calling because no one had responded to the email I'd sent 4 days prior.

Very similar bad experience. Order placed on 17-May-2020 and full payment of £883 taken. Order confirmation received and that's it! I had no reason not to expect my order within the specified delivery time of 5-15 working days, even spoke to customer service and they confirmed the same delivery time frame. Haus Direct have made no contact about delivery. I've made several attempts to contact them since and they never respond. I have no idea if I will even receive my order or get a refund. Very disappointing.

Now 4 weeks and I still have not received my order, spoke to customer services twice, on first occasion I was told my item was in Swindon (over a week ago), second time of speaking to them, they have no idea where my item is or when it g=is going to be delivered! Absolutely shocking, tried phone again, but after about 30 attempts I still cant get through to anyone, email customer care email, no response. Never experienced anything so bad in all my days of purchasing online. To say my child was disappointed on his birthday was an understatement.

I too need to join the que below for a desk ordered and other than the order confirmed and £300 taken from my account on the 1st June 2020, I have received no confirmation about a delivery date despite emailing and calling Haus Direct. I'm furious to say the least .... Such bad customer service

We have reviewed your case and your first contact to us was 2 days ago, our team are closed on Sundays and your email communication from Saturday is only 1 working day into our team being in receipt of it. Our team have been in touch with you today and have advised you that the usual delivery window of the £219 item you have purchased from us carries a usual delivery window of 10-20 working days as noted on the product page under the 'delivery details tab'. Ordered a large bean bag costing nearly £200, the item came in good time to be fair but it was too big and I wanted to return - I didn't even take it out of the packaging fully. Still no response, emails, tickets, called numerous times which seems to be the same thing every time. Also does the same when you call after hours which doesn't make sense to me. Although they delivered, customer service is abysmal - I appreciate the circumstances but if I can receive sales emails from them surely I can receive a return address and my money back.

I too ordered a sofa on line on 15th May which stated was in stock (the sofa was for a show home and needed by 4th June so i thought i had ordered in plenty of time). Payment was taken immediately and I received an order acknowledgement on the same day. Since then I have been trying to contact them by both email and phone many many times to obtain a delivery date but have never had any response whatsoever. I have now had to purchase an alternative sofa for my show home and want to cancel my order and get a refund but once again i have had zero response. This company is terrible do not use them, they will let you down and not even bother to communicate with you!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant answer any of the questions below as i did not receive my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
