I’m totally disappointed with the customer service. Such a frustrating experience when trying to get hold of anyone on the phone. Tried to call over 10 times with no luck. Sent emails - no response either. I want to return the item as I’m not happy with the quality and there so no return address provided on the website. Stay away from this company.

Really impressed with our purchase, not only did I save money from shopping here you have completed our living room look, we have been renovating our house during lock down and the rodeo sofa has lifted the look, very luxurious indeed and certainly a statement piece. We will be back for the Pouffe soon. Love your products. You have beautiful collections!

Love love love my Silas desk, thank you so much it was well worth the wait, 3 weeks delayed but with Brexit, Covid and transport issues this is totally understandable and thank you to ITD for an excellent service, I will be back!! 5* from the Wallace family.

Despite Brexit delays in January I have received my update today, I had initially logged a concern but given the circumstances with delivered delayed everywhere I am experiencing the same situation with 2 other companies, looking at the reviews people se m to complain about communication but I have had an issue at all with that, in fact if you call the 0333 number you get straight through and Both Tom and Kirsty have been a pleasure to speak with. My gripe is just the delay on my order from Europe but to be honest that’s not really Haus Direct simply the British Public concerning those voting for Brexit, this is the consequence, can’t believe DPD have suspended services into the UK from Europe. Thanks for the latest status and look forward to receiving my order next week. Stay safe guys and continue to do what your doing and don’t give in to the haters here, my experience has been a good one.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered in October and furniture still hasn't been delivered. There was zero communication as to the reasoning for the continued delay, or apology of any kind. Really difficult to get through to customer services, they will not ring you back as promised and you have to ring all day. To be fair, when I did get through, they have offered me a refund.

I ordered a desk on 29th October 2020 and despite several phone calls prior to xmas, when I was promised it was on the next delivery and I would receive it within the week, surprise surprise it didn’t appear!! I have made several more calls since they reopened in January and each time I am told that a message will be passed on and someone will call me. I have never had the courtesy of a call back, I think I have been more than patient as it is now over 3 months since I placed my order. I understand that we are all facing hard times with the pandemic and the impact of Brexit but if only you would be honest with me and give me a realistic proposed delivery time then I would not be a very disappointed and irritated customer who is never likely to do business with your company again or recommend you to others. It appears to me though that you couldn’t give a damn! Sad as I think you sell some lovely products

Received our Teepee bed this weekend, all built and quality is fantastic, waited longer than expected however it has been well worth the wait, having read reviews initially I was quickly reassured by the team and they have satisfied my initially concerns, I would not hesitate to shop here again. They deserve more credit than the haters on here, maybe question are the negatives all really real as my experience was pleasant and a 1.5 week delay is certainly not something I would go to efforts to slate, challenging times for the last 9 months. Thank you guys, we are now looking at ordering the matching bookcase. x

I ordered a desk on 14th nov 2020, I received an email on 24th dec advising item would be expected in January. I have heard nothing since. I can not get through to anyone on the phone. Really disappointed and had I read the reviews before hand I would not have ordered through this company, even before brexit the reviews highlighted long delays in receiving products. Not happy.

Ordered 29 November 2020 and have been trying to contact them via phone and email asking for updates for the last few weeks, but no luck. This was a Christmas present which obviously I wasn't able to give, and had to get something else instead. Wish I had looked up reviews as I definitely would not have ordered from them. I understand that times are tricky or that there may be delays, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication, or the inability to get a hold of anyone. I would avoid.

As advised also in your communication update by our team our despatch centres were closed from the 24th December 2020 and only reopened this week on the 4th January 2021 to full operations. Please note as advised in your voicemail today from our customer care team (8th January 2021) the item you have purchased carries a 'usual delivery' window of 20 working days, as advised in your communication update by our team our despatch centres were closed from the 24th December 2020 and only reopened this week on the 4th January 2021 to full operations. We expect your order to arrive in next week following the small delay experienced due to new Brexit processes, the ports in which the channel of distribution encounter are currently overwhelmed with shipments and queues are causing small delays which unfortunately are outside of our control and we are sorry for any inconvenience subsequently. I must admit I was incredibly sceptical after reading all the bad reviews on Trustpilot, but I'm so glad I went for it and ordered my desk! Customer service was fantastic, my order arrived well in advance and the courier bought it directly to my flat. Couldn't be happier. Sorry for doubting you!

Like many others in my experience, this company are keen to take your money, but then any customer service is non existent. Can't get through by phone or email using any phone number or email address. My order was placed on 7 November and nothing since then although item supposedly in stock. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions by phone and email and no one can be bothered to respond. I am seriously thinking of reporting them to trading standards. I strongly advise against using this company.

Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service I ordered a desk 4 weeks ago 7 in stock so shouldn't be a problem WRONG !!!!!!!!! no delivery no answer when phoning when you do get through no one can help !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant even get through to anyone to cancel what a joke They have had my money for 4 weeks this should not be allowed to continue. I really wish I had read these reviews before I placed the order. AVOID this company !!!!

I am very surprised to read all the poor comments. I have nothing but praise for this company. My calls have always been returned and I have found them very helpful. The desk has arrived on time today. Excellent communication and very pleased with the Kobi desk.

Took money 7 days ago. No emails or anything. Tried contacting them but never an answer and their mailbox always full. Emailed them twice without any reply. Getting worried now. Won’t use these again whatever happens. Very poor Haus Direct, and don’t blame COVID!

I placed an order at the beginning of November and £304 was taken from my bank account on 11th November. I have left 4 voice messages and sent an email and still no response. I'm getting a bit nervous about my delivery as I am unable to communicate with anyone, all I want is confirmation of a delivery date.
