“Fantastic company can’t recommend it highly enough. Goods were sent very promptly. Great prices as j compared with other companies. I had a problem with the postoffice not locating the parcel. Contacted Health Co and I got in no time a photo from Health Co showing the parcel popped on the desk of the post office. Then after careful looking the parcel was found. Thanks so much Sam I will definitely order from Health Co again.”

“Product, price and despatch time were all okay. What bothered me was that there was not a scrap of the packaging that was a recycled product, nor could any of the packaging be recycled. Usually, at the very least the bag could be carefully opened and re-used as a bin liner, but not this package, not the way it had been taped up. Please consider our environment. -10 for effort. I won't purchase from Health Co again on that basis.”

“I ordered some Magnesium tablets recently. I received notification to say that the parcel was on its way, then again to say it was delivered. There was nothing in my letter box. Then another email to say that there was a problem with delivery and to go to local Australia Post to pick it up. I went there, they had nothing for me. They looked at the email from Sendle and Australia Post and told me it was a scam. Then at the end of the week I received another email from Sendle to say parcel had been delivered but could not find it anywhere. A couple of days later, I went to get my car out of the garage which was closed, and found a small cardboard box on the shelf near the garage door. That was the parcel I had been looking for. While I appreciate finally receiving the order, I am wondering how I received scam notification regarding the tracking of the parcel through Sendle and think this should be investigated as I would hope my order was confidential to HealthCo and not having my details shared. This may have nothing to do with your company but it has concerned me and I feel unsafe ordering on line in future.”

Hi Your order was received on 21st March and dispached on the same day. It was sent with sendle as they are much faster that Australia post in your area. Your order was delivered within less than 24 hours on the 22nd march. We did not send your parcel with Australia post and our tracking email (21st march 3pm) indicated that it was being sent via sendle with tracking number and a link to track your order. So we are not sure how you assumed that it was being sent with Australia post. Really disaapointing to see that Australia post will call an email a scam without knowing the facts. It seems to us that you had another delivery coimng in from Australia post and you are confusing it with this one. Because there is no way you'd get a notification from Australia post for this order.
